Protea Hotel Midrand promises a superb conferencing experience. The conference room can accommodate up to 220 delegates at a time or it can be divided into three differing sizes to suit your needs. Packages that include a Data-projector and PA system, with podium, lapel and roving microphone are available on request.
At Protea Hotel O.R Tambo Airport we have expanded our conference facilities to include three conference rooms and seven boardrooms. Facilities boast state-of-the-art AV equipment, including mounted Data Projectors, electronically controlled drop down screens and built in PA Systems providing auditory functionality.
Protea Hotel Parktonian All-Suite has five conference venues situated on the ground floor that can seat between 15 and 450 delegates. Four of the hotel’s conference venues are accessible to wheelchair users. We also have five boardrooms ideal for small meetings of between two and ten people with two executive boardrooms that can seat up to 18 people.
Protea Hotel Roodepoort has one meeting room able to seat up to 40 delegates in cinema style. Standard equipment is offered with the venue including a data projector, complete stationery kit, tea/coffee making station as well as lunch and snacks can be arranged on request.

Situated just off the lobby, Protea Hotel Wanderers’ Business Centre can host up to 100 delegates. Unique to the hotel are the surrounding sporting facilities of Wanderers Club that cater for company sports days and outdoor events.
